Summary

  • add the Sprint 32 final long-tail GitHub runner wave under apps/github-runner
  • add 16 two-replica repo-scoped Deployments using the shared 1Password-backed github-runner-token and shared ServiceAccount
  • expand the README verification loop to include the full runner fleet

Validation

  • Gitea open PR reconcile: 0 open PRs before work
  • PR #5/#7/#8 confirmed merged on current origin/main
  • PyYAML structural validation: 32 documents, 28 Deployments, 16 long-tail targets validated
  • Hard gates: no ubuntu-latest/windows-latest/macos-latest labels; no *.Mac repo touch

Do not self-merge.
