read-aloud bar, backed by TtsReader's preview-with-timings
(Lane 1δ) and the existing /api/v1/pages/{encodedUrl}/overrides
REST surface (Lane 2α).
Built from FlowerCore.Intranet.Web@9abde21 against
FlowerCore.Common@d23d4c3, both on master.
