Summary

  • mirrors Sprint 60 Cx-4 monitoring coverage in apps/monitoring/noc-monitoring.yaml
  • aligns Pi signal app scrape targets with the live HTTPS SignalControl.Pi path
  • adds the seven re-verified Traefik blackbox probes to the infra monitoring ConfigMap
  • mirrors the Epson stale-window alert expression and IRC label

Validation

  • git diff --check passed for apps/monitoring/noc-monitoring.yaml
  • live noc1 Podman Prometheus proof is in the paired Notes PR #239
  • no broad Cx-3 manifest hardening files were staged or committed
