Sprint 61 Cx-10 broader hardening REAL pass.

  • Fixes the four baseline lint failures before applying hardening.
  • Adds additive internal-only broader hardening metadata/comments across infra app manifests.
  • Pre-stages public Method allowlists as commented blocks only; no exposure/auth flip.
  • Adds lint coverage for anonymous health probe intent, X-Forwarded-Proto posture comments, and commented-only public pre-stage blocks.

Verification:

  • Before baseline: Failed! - Failed: 4, Passed: 93, Skipped: 0, Total: 97
  • After baseline: Passed! - Failed: 0, Passed: 97, Skipped: 0, Total: 97
  • Final: Passed! - Failed: 0, Passed: 100, Skipped: 0, Total: 100
